Information Services and Hopple Street Clinic Team Up
Bobbie Turner, clinical manager, Hopple Street Clinic, sent a thank-you to Tanya Daniel, an EMR architect in Information Services, for their help with an Epic update.
The IS team, which included (l-r) Brian Shields, systems engineer II; Lea Morisato, Ambulatory Technical Services, Epic Systems Corporation, Madison, WI; Ryan Bartels, EMR senior analyst; Brittanie Pierce, clinical informatics specialist; and Andy Muntel, clinical informatics specialist, were equally appreciative of Hopple Street Clinic staff for graciously offering to be one of several select sites to go live on April 18 with the updated version of Epic. Their valuable feedback made the larger rollout on May 7 go much smoother.
