Kristin Chenoweth to Perform at Kaleidoscope
Kaleidoscope is an annual fundraising event benefiting Cincinnati Children's. Held downtown at the beautiful Aronoff Center for the Arts, this one-of-a-kind community concert is happening on Saturday, Oct. 7. All proceeds will benefit our mental health services. This year, we’re thrilled to welcome globally renowned entertainer, Kristin Chenoweth!
Kristin Chenoweth is a world-famous actress, singer and Broadway star. Known for playing the role of Glinda the Good Witch in “Wicked,” Kristin’s career spans from the stage to the small screen to the silver screen and includes her Emmy-award winning performance as Olive Snook in “Pushing Daisies” and Tony-award winning Sally in “You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown.” You can currently see her in “Schmigadoon!” a musical comedy series on Apple TV.
Throughout her prolific career in film, television, voiceover and stage, Kristin has received countless accolades and awards, performed to sold-out audiences across the world, and received a coveted star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. In everything, she brings her talent and ardor to uplift, entertain and cultivate a love of the arts.
A passionate supporter of organizations dedicated to helping those in need, Kristin’s performance at Kaleidoscope will raise much-needed funds to expand our mental health services and improve the lives of more children, teens and families.
A Great Show, for a Great Cause
All proceeds from this inspiring evening will be used to improve treatment and prevention programs to address our community’s growing mental health crisis.
Children and adolescents are struggling with unprecedented levels of depression, anxiety, mood disorders, post-traumatic stress and other mental and behavioral health conditions.
At Cincinnati Children’s, we’re focusing our talents and expertise on improving treatments and access and advancing research to prevent and even cure pediatric mental illness.
Together, we will change the trajectory of this mental health epidemic impacting generations of children and families.
